Return Policy We accept unused merchandise for exchange or refund within 30 days since the date of shipment. We will refund the full purchase price minus shipping charges. All items must be returned in unused condition in original packing or refund will be refused. 20% of the tackle cost fee is charged, if original packing is absent or damaged. Used tackle are not acceptable for exchange or refund. Special orders from Catalog cannot be returned. The following situations are not under our warranty: – If the tackle was not delivered by P&S Fishing Tackle – If the tackle was damaged by improper use – If the tackle was damaged by bad maintenance. After the warranty period is expired the rods and the reels can be repaired only for the customer expense. Customer needs to get authorization before to ship the tackle for repair. The repaired tackle is not shipped back until the payment is received. We deliver the spare parts by customer request. If you need to order spare parts, please, specify the exact item and the size number. For example: 11172/360 – Refer to the drawing on the box, if you want to order spare part for the reel to find the spare part number – Inform us about the number of the defective section of the rod calculating it from the tip, if you need to order the spare section or the ring for the rod. Product Use Disclaimer The fishing tackle we present in our web site must be used exclusively for fishing. Our rods are produced from high-density carbon – perfect conductor of the electric current. We strongly recommend not using it as poles for antennas, flags, etc. Fishing is prohibited with the distanced less than 300 feet from the electric lines. Fishing must be immediately stopped when thunderstorm is approaching. Limitation of Liability In all circumstances P&S Fishing Tackle’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product sold. P&S Fishing Tackle shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims related to the products it sells, which exceeds the liability limit.
